Swan Yard is Paul’s place. Most days you’ll find him behind the counter or at the pass, and if you’ve been in more than once, there’s a good chance he already knows your order.
He built the café around a simple idea: buy the best produce you can, cook it to order and treat everyone who walks in like a regular. That’s why the eggs are free range, the sausages come from Lashford’s, the bacon is Manor Oak and the bread is sourdough.
It’s also why the team will happily push tables together for a big family, find room for the buggies, or set up outside in the yard when the sun’s out.
